Its always nice to have a long weekend at home. Its rare that I am not working on a weekend or editing my eyeballs out on Sundays and Mondays, but this weekend was a rare treat where I was home, all caught up with my editing, with my husband and girls. Labor Day is always a bit sad because it signifies the end of the summer and all the summer fun, and even though fall is my absolute favorite time of the year, its always a little bittersweet to see the long days end.
So before we pull out the boots, and sweaters and all things pumpkin spice, baby girl and I hit the park for one last summer photo shoot. We stopped by the Farmer’s Market (one of our favorite summer time shopping spots) and picked up some juicy watermelons for this “Goodbye Summer” session.
